Participants with outstanding performances will have the opportunity to be nominated for the OMFA Provincial competition held in 2025 with an adjudicator recommendation. Participants should be aware that 2 pieces at the same level of current study are required for the OMFA. Please check the OMFA Provincial website (www.omfa.ca). 2. For all classes in the CCCTIMF Special Syllabus except for the Concerto, Chinese Composer, Duet Classes, and Masterclass, if you would like to be nominated for the OMFA Provincial level festivals; you need to make sure that the repertoire you are performing is listed in the RCM syllabus. Please refer to the masterclass expert’s profile in the jury section. *Participants who registered for RCM level 9 or above (RCM Syllabus) or the Young Artist Classes, Bach Classes, Chopin Classes (In-Person Special Syllabus) are eligible to register to play in this class. *Participants who have achieved RCM level 9 or above, or are enrolling in the conservatory or university music program are allowed to sign up for the masterclass only in the festival. *Participants shall play the same repertoires being signed up for the festival. *Prior approval from the CCCTIMF Artistic Director is required if participants wish to play new repertoires in the MasterClass *The public can participate in the masterclass as observers free of cost. |
